Today we went to the Museum of Britain. Basically, it has tons of artifacts from all over the world. Aparently, durring the years of the British Empire, the english looted practically every country of the most precious artifacts, so they have the world on display. There is so much to see you could never get through the whole thing!
One of my favorite exhibits held the statues and freizes from the Parthenon . . . the ACTUAL statues and friezes from the Parthenon.
There was also a collection of clocks, an awesome exhibit on mummies, late European artifacts. SO amazing!
Also, I thought this dog was amazing because to me it looks just like Cubby!
One of the most famous artifacts in the museum is the Rosetta Stone. The stone is famous because it has the same thing written in several diferent languages, and because of that, it was they key to understanding ancient Egyptian heiroglyphs. I tried to get a picture of it, but there was a huge crowd of people around it, so taking a picture was almost impossible.
Sounds like another great day in London Amy! The dog does look like Cubby just a little bigger! I bet you enjoyed the mummise considering how much you loved Body World!
